A Cross Hills solicitor has raised £545 for Will Aid.
Turners, in Main Street, was among solicitors across the UK that supported the campaign.
Over £870,000 was raised nationally, for several charities.
Participating solicitors drew up wills for free, with a donation from the client going to the cause.
Shirley Marsland, for Will Aid, said: “We are very grateful to the generous solicitors who worked so hard for Will Aid. They are a wonderful example of what can be achieved with hard work and enthusiasm.
“We’d also like to thank all those members of the public who were motivated to make their will with Will Aid. The money they donated will make a real difference to the lives of people in need around the world.”
