A man died in a house fire in Thornbury, Bradford, late last night.
Emergency services, including Bradford firefighters and police, were called to the blaze in Thornhill Place at 11.10pm.
The dead man had not been identified early today and it was not known whether anyone else was in the house at the time of the blaze.
Police are continuing their inquiries but the fire is not being treated as suspicious.
