Students at Bradford University School of Management got a taste of the marketing activities at one of Yorkshire's most famous organisations when they visited Bettys cafe and tea rooms in Harrogate.
Seven international MSc marketing students, from as far afield as Taiwan, Dubai and Canada, quizzed Bettys' operations manager Rachel Burberry on the organisation's corporate marketing.
Lecturer Dr Jonathan Muir, said: "These kinds of experience are invaluable as they enable students to gain an understanding of just how world-renowned organisations such as Bettys manage their corporate marketing activities. This is something that the students can reflect on and learn from."
