New Morrisons boss Dalton Philips will update Bradford business leaders on his plans for the supermarket business tonight.
In his first official public appearance since moving into the top job earlier this year, Mr Philips will be the keynote speaker at the Bradford Chamber of Commerce annual dinner at the Cedar Court Hotel, to be attended by around 400 business chiefs.
His opposite number, Asda chief executive Andy Clarke, will be the main speaker at the Leeds, York and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce annual dinner in Leeds in January.
The former Asda store manager, who took up the top job in May, will address more than 500 guests about business trends and the challenges and opportunities for Yorkshire firms.
Chamber president Gary Lumby will put forward his view on the future of the Leeds City Region Local Enterprise Partnership.
