B&B handover completed

Bradford & Bingley said the handover of responsibilities from executive chairman Richard Pym to managing director Richard Banks had been completed, with Mr Pym now non-executive director at the part nationalised firm.

The B&B is part of Santander, a Spanish firm which also owns UK firms Abbey and Alliance & Leicester. Santander is one of Europe’s largest banks by market capitalisation and second-biggest in the world after HSBC.
