An energy-efficient lighting specialist has launched a new leasing option for its products and services, which is believed to be an industry first.
High Technology Lighting, which is based in Leeds and run jointly by Graham Kemp, of Riddlesden, is targeting large manufacturing, industrial and warehousing sites which could achieve savings of £140,000 over five years.
The company is offering a lease-based design, manufacture and installation service, headed up by former Woolworths’ property department manager Shaun Watson, of Bradford, who is now running High Technology Lighting’s installations division.
It also involves a link-up with a London-based lighting controls manufacturer CP Electronics and is being supported by a national network of sales and installation partners.
