A Bradford business centre created from the £1 million conversion of a Grade II-listed building has been fully let to tenants employing a total of 70 people. The centre’s developers are now looking to expand elsewhere in the region.
The Malik House Business Centre on Manor Row is home to a range of businesses including a therapist, an outbound sales call centre, charitable organisations and a recruitment agency.
