Caring staff at clothing giant Damart have got to the heart of fundraising.
They have staged more activities as part of their long-standing support for Heart Research UK.
Employees took part in a Wear it Red Day, each donating £1.
And there was a ‘pop-up funfair’ for colleagues at both the firm’s Steeton warehouse and its Bingley head office.
Attractions included a hook-a-duck stall, coconut shy, wheel of fortune, hoopla and tombola. There was also a quiz.
In total, £640 was raised.
Jo Phipps, Damart’s employee engagement advisor, said: “It’s been great fun getting colleagues involved in this fundraising initiative for a charity we have supported for a number of years.
“Our team always responds so well to fundraisers.
“The funfair was particularly popular.”
