A GOMERSAL-based company will continue investing in the next generation of its workforce after ten years of running an apprenticeship scheme.
Leading Edge Signage and Graphics began employing apprentices just six months after the company was launched in 2007, and plans to continue investing in them in the future to support the growth of its expanding operation.
Recently-qualified fabrication and welding apprentice Jake Render (pictured), was working on shop fitting and office fit outs, when he heard about an apprenticeship at the firm.
Managing director Matthew Evans said: “As a business, we are focused on bringing new talent into the business.
“Our future lies in the hands of the current and future generations of young people and we’re looking forward to continued growth, not only in the business but in the apprentices we employ.”
