A PARCEL delivery company is planning to close its Keighley depot, putting 45 jobs at risk.
Yodel confirmed this morning that it is proposing to shut the site at Keighley Industrial Park, in Royd Ings Avenue.
The firm said the move was part of a "continuing drive to improve operational efficiency".
A spokesman added: "We recognise that the type of change proposed is not easy and we are consulting with employees and the relevant trade unions.
"Currently the site employs 45 people.
"Wherever possible we will offer roles in other parts of our network and we'll also be offering outplacement workshops and Job Centre engagement as further support in finding new opportunities."
Yodel delivers millions of parcels every week across the UK and operates more than 55 service centres.
