A FORMER doctor has invested £350,000 to launch a new funeral business which has created four jobs.

Full Circle Funerals in Guiseley has been founded by Sarah Jones who is committed to providing a personalised service and transparent pricing.

She spent time working in the industry and gaining a professional qualification before starting her business in September in a 1,500 sq ft building she acquired and refurbished on Otley Road, near the White Cross roundabout.

The base includes car parking, private meeting rooms, visiting rooms, a large room for ceremonies and office space.

Sarah said: “Our first month completely outstripped our expectations and we supported 50 per cent more families than we had originally anticipated, which demonstrates the level of demand in the local area for a high quality funeral service that goes above and beyond the norm. Full Circle has also achieved excellent independent feedback from the Good Funeral Guide.

“Nowadays there are more options than ever before when it comes to organising funerals, but most traditional operators offer just a tiny snapshot of what’s available. Our whole ethos is about giving people choices and being completely transparent about price throughout, so there are no nasty surprises at the end.”

Finally, Sarah adds: “Whether people want a traditional funeral or a modern funeral or any combination of the two, we guide them through the entire process and create a bespoke and meaningful funeral which is different every time. Ultimately, we believe people experience a more positive grieving process when they are supported to plan their loved ones’ funeral in the way that they want.”

Full Circle Funerals predominantly operates throughout Guiseley, Ilkley and North Leeds and Bradford. Full Circle has already achieved a listing, and excellent independent feedback, in the Good Funeral Guide and Sarah is a member of the Good Funeral Guild
