We’ll be asking Telegraph & Argus readers to tell us about the shop or restaurant that displays the highest standards and quality of customer service.

Our panel will want to know which businesses go the extra mile for their customers, who pulls out all the stops when it comes to making dealings with them pleasant and professional… and ensures repeat business. We’ll be asking why the nominated businesses deserve the award and looking for the specific examples of excellent customer service.
