This is for the person who has demonstrated inspired and inspiring leadership which has made a real contribution to their company and, in doing so, has enhanced the image and reputation of the district as a whole.

The panel will want to know how this leader motivates and galvanises their staff, and will want to see examples of their flair and method for getting things done.

Submissions might include evidence of the firm’s success under the nominated person’s leadership, and there could be a discussion of their style of management.

We’d also like to see some personal attributes and achievements, and hear about any personal challenges which were successfully overcome.
