New Business of the Year

Malik House Business Centres opened in 2010 on Manor Row in Bradford.

The vision was to develop the area’s magnificent buildings which had been neglected over the years, and to transform them into business centres that could offer high quality serviced offices, meeting rooms and conferencing facilities equipped with the latest technology – whilst still retaining all original features and charm.

The Malik House team also launched the Yorkshire Enterprise Network (YEN) to facilitate business networking in Yorkshire. This is now one of the largest business networks in Yorkshire.

Since 2010, Malik House has expanded to acquire two larger business centres in Bradford and Leeds. Crown House in Leeds re-opened in late 2015 after extensive renovation. The former Crown Paints head office building offers 35,000 sq. ft. of space including serviced offices, meeting rooms and onsite car parking. This landmark building is situated in a prominent position, close to Leeds city centre.

Malik House Business Centres also provide a host of other services including meeting room and conferencing facilities, high-speed broadband and virtual offices. The virtual office side of the business increased by over 22% in 2015. Virtual offices provide a great option for start-up companies who want to test the water without the outlay or responsibility of renting a serviced office.

The new MH Virtual website went live at the end of 2015 offering a range of services including virtual PA and call answering, data services and meeting room bookings across four sites.

Malik House will also be launching a full website development service early in 2016.
