THE investment division of Carter Towler chartered surveyors has concluded two commercial property deals in Bradford. It completed the sale of the Titan District shopping centre in Wyke, which has been purchased by North Yorkshire-based Masham Investments off a guide price of £1m.
It also negotiated a sale price of more than £750,000 on behalf of BW SIPP Trustees for a 10 unit, 14,329 sq ft industrial estate at Barnes Road, Bradford.
West Bradford Industrial Park, has been purchased by Preston-based Errigal Contracts Group Ltd. It also negotiated a the sale of a business park near Wakefield.
Carter Towler director David Towler said: “We are delighted with all three of these sales for different reasons."
He added the Titan District (pictured) deal was concluded "very quickly."
