Mark Drummond from Towngate Fisheries in Idle, whose fish and chip shop is up for another national award
AN AWARD-winning fish and chip shop in Bradford has been shortlisted as a finalist for a national industry award.
Towngate Fisheries in Idle is in the running for the From Field to Frier Award as part of the 30th anniversary National Fish and Chip Awards.
Marcus Coleman, at organiser Seafish, said: “This award not only measures the quality of the chip, it also recognises each business’s efforts to source responsibly, providing customers with traceable and sustainable products.”
The winner will be announced at a ceremony in January.
