KEIGHLEY brewery Timothy Taylor has added Knowle Spring blonde to its range of 500ml premium bottled ales.

The move follows a successful trade launch in March and growing public demand.

Head brewer Andrew Leman says the beer will “sit confidently” alongside established Taylor’s tipples such as Landlord.

“Feedback has been very positive,” he said.

“It was important to develop a blonde beer with the depth of flavour drinkers associate with Taylor’s.”

Chief executive, Tim Dewey, said the brew had been some time in the making but was proving popular.

He added: “We certainly aren’t known for speed, but from the comments I’ve heard Knowle Spring is a blonde that people feel has been well worth the wait!”
