Businesswomen from Bradford are heading to Hong Kong as part of a Government-sponsored trade delegation.
Members of Forward Ladies, the influential not-for-profit women's business networking organisation, have embarked on the all-female trade mission to China with the backing of UK Trade and Investment (UKTI).
Among the delegates is Sandra Corcoran, co-owner of Bradford-based Pennine Cycles. She said: "We are looking seriously at exporting and will use the visit to Hong Kong to dip our toe in the water.
"The trip will also give us the opportunity to research the potential market for our high quality British hand-built products, especially in China, whose population has an increasing amount of spending power."
