BRADFORD-based lender Provident Financial has maintained its place on key indices used by institutional investors, and pension fund and asset managers, to measure its environmental, social and governance policies.
The group has retained its place on the FTSE4Good Index series which reviewed its policies and awarded Provident a rating score of 99, just one point away from the maximum possible.
Provident has also been told it continues to be represented on three corporate responsibility indices maintained by Euronext Vigeo, following a comprehensive review of its policies, processes and performance in several key areas.
Rob Lawson, Provident corporate responsibility manager, said: “Provident Financial’s continued membership of these indices is a source of great pride for the company and its employees.”
