A business centre operator which opened its second site in Bradford two months ago is expanding its operations into Leeds after acquiring a former head office building.

Bradford-based Malik House opened at Oakwood Court on City Road in late 2013, adding to its site in Cheapside, which has operated since November 2011.

Malik House Ltd has acquired the Crown House Business Centre in Leeds, formerly the head office of Crown Paints, which has 35,000 sq ft of space including serviced offices, meeting rooms and car parking. The landmark building is situated in a prominent position, close to the Inner Ring Road and Leeds city centre.

The three Malik House sites will continue to be managed primarily from Bradford, with the creation of additional jobs over the next few months.
