Bradford specialist recruits former apprentice

Bradford-based recruitment specialist and apprenticeship training academy Stafforce has appointed former apprentices to full-time posts at its offices.
Tom Sadeghi has been appointed technical recruitment support at the Stafforce office in Salem Street, Bradford, and the firm has also added new apprentice recruits in Grimsby and Hull.
Ian Anderson, chief executive, said: “We strongly believe in apprenticeships as the route to future business success – it is certainly a route we use in our own business. Apprenticeships work because employers get individuals they can mould within their organisation, giving them a great foundation.”
Since the company launched the Stafforce Apprenticeship Academy and was awarded Apprenticeship Training Academy status by the National Apprenticeship Service in November, it has seen significant growth and demand for apprentices from employers across a number of sectors.
