Any feelings of confidence I was having about Sunday's run were dashed yesterday when I saw just how many hills there are along the route.

I think I'm going to have a fight on my hands for the first leg, which looks by far the flattest.

With this year's Poppy Appeal fast approaching we've decided to raise money for The Royal British Legion, a really worthy cause.

A few years ago the charity helped my granddad, who suffered a life-long injury when he was shot by a German machine gun, to increase his War Pension.

The extra money's meant he's been able to afford to keep running his car, making things easier for him and my grandma.
