CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (BRADFORD CITY CENTRE) (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 12) ORDER 2012 GREAT HORTON ROAD BRADFORD
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 24th July 2012 under its powers contained in the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce restrictions of:-

1. "Limited Waiting of 30 mins (return prohibited within 1 hour) between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm" and "Limited Waiting of 2hours (return prohibited within 2hours) between the hours of 6.00pm and 8.00am" on a length of Great Horton Road adjacent to properties numbered 56, 58 and 60; and

2. "Limited Waiting of 30 mins (return prohibited within 1 hour) between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm" and "Limited Waiting of 2 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours) between the hours of 6.00pm and 11.00pm" on a length of Great Horton Road adjacent to properties numbered 50, 52 and 54. The Order comes into force on 30th July 2012 and acopy of the Order together with amap showing the affected road may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor,City Hall, Bradford.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 24th July 2012) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
