CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 MANCHESTER ROAD BRADFORD (SOUTHBOUND EXIT SLIP ROAD TO ODSAL INTERCHANGE) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO. 414) ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works proposed to be executed on or near Manchester Road, Bradford has made the above-named Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed on that length of the Manchester Road south bound exit slip road to Odsal Interchange PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons employed in connection with the works or to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access to premises will be permitted by arrangement with a representative of Enterprise Utility Services or their agent. The alternative route that will be indicated by traffic signs for vehicular traffic affected by the restrictions will be available via Mayo Avenue, Staygate Interchange and Rooley Avenue. The Order comes into effect on Monday 23rd July 2012 and remains in force for a period of approximately six weeks (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
