COLLINSON Patricia (Pat) (formerly Harmer) (nee Craven) John, Samantha, Jason and Victoria would like to thank all relatives and friends for the many kind expressions of sympathy, cards and messages of support, flowers and very generous donations to Manorlands Hospice received in Patricia's memory. Special thanks to all doctors and medical staff from Haworth Medical Centre and Airedale Hospital for their care and attention, further thanks to Rev. Peter Wilson and Rev. Peter Mayo-Smith for their kind words at the funeral service, to Steve Illingworth for his tribute and to the many people who offered their support by attending Patricia's funeral service.
