NICHOLL Jack Lewis The family of the late Jack Lewis Nicholl would sincerely like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and charity donations received during their recent sad loss. Special thanks are extended to the emergency services for their care and attention. To Kevin Mitchell for the service. To Pete, Megan and staff at Co-operative Funeral Care, Carr lane, Shipley for guiding us through the funeral arrangements. We would also like to thank family and friends who gave their support by attending the funeral and their generous donations of over £500.00 towards chosen charities, Up Beat Heart Support Group and The Royal British Legion. Finally thanks go to Nicole and her team at Shipley and District Social Club.
