FRANCE Philip The family of the late Philip France would sincerely like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and generous donations received for The Hospice At Home Charitable Foundation. Especially thanks are due to the members of Howarth Road Methodist Church for their support and help in the days preceding Dad's death, and for all their help in the funeral service. Thanks to Reverend N Blundell for his comforting words both at the Crematorium and in Church. We would like to express special thanks to everyone who cared for dad in the weeks before his death, especially Dr Ali from Heaton Medical Centre, the district nurses, the Macmillian Palliative Care Team and carers from both Social Services and Caremark. Thanks to Simon from the Co-operative Funeral Service for his help with the funeral planning and finally thank you to everyone who showed their support in attending the funeral service.
