ZOMMERFELD Aleksander Danka and George would like to thank all relatives and friends for their kind words, flowers and Cancer Research Donations. We thank Fr Duracz for conducting the Mass and Agnus for organising the reception. Thank you to Cooper House Care Home for taking such good care of dad. We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to all of Dads friends from the Polish Day centre who came to pay their respects. Thank you Dad you will always be in our hearts.
