O'BRIEN Thomas Patrick On August 17, 2012, peacefully, at his home, after a short illness, aged 62 years. The dearly loved husband of Lesley, loving father of Dominique and Robert and much loved pops to his three grandchildren. Funeral service and cremation will take place at 2.00p.m., on Friday, August 24, at Nab Wood Crematorium. Will friends please meet at the crematorium. No flowers by request please, but if desired charitable donations to Manorlands, a plate will be provided at the service.
