SMITH Patricia (Pat) On May 21, peacefully at the Calderdale Royal Hospital, Pat, of Brighouse, formerly of Clayton Heights. The beloved wife of Eric, dearly loved mother of Ashley and Mark, dear mother-in-law of Nicky and the much loved grandma of Harry. Funeral service and cremation takes place at Park Wood Crematorium, Elland, on Friday, June 1, at 1.30p.m. Friends please meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only.
