PERKINS Frank Thomas Passed away on August 6, at Carlton Manor Nursing Home, aged 71 years. Husband to the late Sylvia, dad to Maria, Tony and Frank, a grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service on Wednesday, August 22, at Lawnswood Crematorium, Otley Road, at 2.20p.m. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers to the P.D.S.A., would be appreciated and a plate will be available at the funeral.
