WARD Gillian (Gill - née Staves) Peacefully, aged 73, with her husband by her side, on January 31, at Herncliffe Care Home. Loving and devoted wife of Ian, mother of Andrew and Jason and to Liesel, grandmother of Rachel, Louise and Harry. A beloved sister, auntie and great-auntie. A kind, loyal and much loved friend to many and a dedicated educator with true affection and goodwill for all children. Funeral Service will be held at Bingley Methodist Church, Mornington Road, on Friday, February 23, at 1.30p.m., followed by Committal at Nab Wood Crematorium. Family flowers only please with donations in lieu - or in memory of Gill - to Alzheimers Society or Children's Charities of your choice.
