ASHWORTH Jack Peacefully on October 17, at his home in Bierley, Jack, aged 86 years. A much loved husband of the late Audrey, a much loved son-in-law to Vera Luty, devoted dad of Paul, Carole, Nicholas, George and the late Michael and Rachel, father-in-law of Ena, Alan and Dawis, loving grandad of John, Joy, Paul and Beth, Mark, Jodie, Becky and Sam and the late Laura, great-grandad of Macie, Theo, Alex, Jobie, Andrew, Luna, Lucas, Max and Jack. Brother-in-law of Carole and the late Kenneth, also a dear uncle. Jack was loved by all who knew him. Funeral service will take place at 12 noon, at Sunbridge Road Mission, followed by cremation at Scholemoor Crematorium, at 1.20p.m. Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Jack can be given to The Sunbridge Road Mission and a plate for this purpose will be available at the service.
