SMITH William (Geoffrey) On October 11, 2017, suddenly, at his home, Geoffrey, aged 90 years, of Queensbury. The devoted and much loved husband of the late Shirley, deeply loved by his loving sons Lloyd and the late Martin, a dear brother and uncle and a dear friend to many. Geoffrey was a true gentleman, respected and loved (former design engineer of John Stirk and Sons, Halifax). Funeral Service to be held at Holy Trinity Parish Church, Queensbury, on Monday, October 30, at 12:30pm, followed by Cremation at Park Wood Crematorium, Elland. Will family and friends please accept this intimation and meet at the church. Flowers if desired may be sent to the private chapel of H Bates, Fountain Street, Queensbury or donations in memory of Geoffrey would be appreciated for Haworth Animal Welfare (Cat Rescue), The Farm Lower Pierce Close, Cross Roads, Keighley.
