HALL Richard Wilson 91, of Chelsea, Michigan, USA passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at his home in the Chelsea Retirement Community. Richard was born on January 17, 1926 in Bradford to Richard and Margaret (Foster) Hall. On December 26, 1947, he married Norah Chambers and together they raised six children. In 1966, he emigrated to the USA with his family and became a US citizen in 1999. In the U.S., Richard is survived by his five sons, Richard (Joan), John (Donna), Peter, Anthony and Gregory (Cathy) and his daughter Elizabeth Verzi (Sal). In England, he is survived by his sisters Margaret Foster, Mary Tallant, Ann Stead and sister-in-law Edna Hall as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Matthew Hall, sisters Sadie Howland and Muriel Haley, brothers-in-law Dick Howland, Fred Foster, Gerald Tallant, Brian Haley and Malcolm Stead, and his beloved wife, Norah. On Saturday, March 18, 2017, family and friends gathered for a Catholic Mass to celebrate Richard's life.
