ELLIS Derek On November 15, 2015, Derek passed away peacefully at St Lukes Hospital aged 75 years. A loved brother, nephew, brother-in-law and uncle. The funeral service and cremation will be held at Scholemoor Crematorium on Friday, November 27, at 2.00pm. Would friends please meet at the crematorium. No flowers by request please, but if desired donations would be appreciated to the Alzheimers Society, a collection box will be available at the service.
