LEE Agnes (Chapman) It is with deep sadness, the family announces the sudden and unexpected death of Agnes on September 27, 2015 aged 75 years. Loving partner and best friend of Howard, a devoted mum of Michelle and Debbie, a much loved step-mum, mother-in-law, nan, great-grandma (little nan), sister, auntie and friend to many. She will be sadly missed. The funeral service will be held at St Matthew's Church, Carr Bottom Road, Bradford, BD5 9AA, on Friday, October 9, at 12.15p.m, followed by a cremation at Scholemoor crematorium. Would friends please meet at the church. Family flowers only please but if desired donations maybe made in lieu of flowers to Circulation Foundation The Vascular Research Charity, a collection box will be available at the service.
