SMITH Jodie Our darling daughter, grand daughter, sister and loving mum of Alexia lost her battle to Cystic Fibrosis on Friday, February 13, 2015, aged 35 years. Funeral service will be held at St Francis Catholic Church, Eccleshill on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 26, at 11.45 am, followed by cremation at Nab Wood. Donations may be made to set up a trust fund for Alexia-Jade for which a box will be available at church. Always in our hearts, may she rest in peace.

Words cannot describe the pain I feel at losing my little sister and my best friend. Jodie you were and always will be an inspiration to me. An example of courage, bravery and determination. A fighter to the end, I love you and you will never be far from my thoughts and prayers xx

My darling Daughter Jodie, you had an uphill battle all of your 35 years. You refused to allow your illness to get the better of you. You were courageous, brave, intelligent, witty and proud. You were the best Mum Alexia could have had and the greatest daughter I could ever have wished for. Your life was too short but our memories of you will last forever. I can't put into words how much you will be missed, you will be in my thoughts every day of my life. Sleep tight little Angel.....godnight and Godbless xxx
