METCALFE Kathleen Died at home peacefully on July 13, aged 90 years, supported by her family. Kathleen was a 'mother' to many, not just her nephews and nieces but also countless children she taught at St. Joseph's R.C. Primary School. She will be deeply missed. A Requiem Mass to celebrate Kathleen's life will be held at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, on August 4, at 11.00a.m., followed by interment at West Bowling Cemetery. A family wreath has been organised but if desired donations in Kathleen's memory can be made to The Papworth Trust Owl Centre. There will be a plate at the church or c/o W Lever Ltd Funeral Directors. Tel. 01274 547137.
