Donation appeal to get toys together
TEN branches of the Halifax across West and North Yorkshire will be fundraising and delivering presents to needy children this Christmas.
Staff in Bradford, Shipley, Keighley and Skipton will be among those supporting its Christmas Toy Campaign in aid of Leeds Children’s Hospital.
Customers are asked to support the appeal by donating presents before December 6.
Sam Walsh, branch manager at Shipley Halifax, said: “We are delighted to support the hospital and hope the presents put smiles on the faces of lots of children this Christmas. Please drop donations at one of the participating branches.”
