Motorway traffic at a standstill near Brighouse after lorry fire
RUSH-HOUR traffic was at a standstill on the M62 near Brighouse after a lorry caught fire this morning.
A rolling road-block was put in place westbound at junction 24, Ainley Top, causing lengthy queues and delays.
There were also reports of one lane being closed westbound between junction 25, Brighouse, and the Chain Bar roundabout, with matrix signs set to 40mph.
All lanes have since reopened.
