TREES at the Shipley Jobcentre will be pruned to stop people from using them to climb onto the building's roof. Bradford Council has given permission for two metres of the willow trees, on Wainman Street in the town's conservation area, to be cut off. The centre's application said the trimming was needed: "to prevent public climbing onto roof of the building which is becoming a regular risk to security."
