TWO women have contacted police after an appeal for information about a street fight in which three people suffered stab wounds.

Police had released images of five people they believe could have vital information about the disturbance in Sackville Street, Bradford, which happened shortly before 6am on Bank Holiday Monday, May 26 this year.

Three men suffered stab wounds and two others received minor injuries in the incident.

Nine people have been arrested, six of them have been charged and are due in crown court later this month.

Two women in the CCTV stills have now contacted police.

Detective Inspector Ryan Bragg, of Bradford CID, said: "We are pleased they have come forward and offered to help and we will speak to them in due course. We still want to trace the three men in the images and we would ask them to get in touch."

Anyone with information should contact police on 101, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
