A series of free workshops for carers is being organised at doctors’ surgeries across Bradford this month and in July. The sessions from Carers Resource charity will be at Low Moor Medical Practice, Mayfield Medical Centre in Clayton and Shipley Medical Practice.
Among themes covered will be carers making time for themselves, knowing their rights and taking control of their own lives.
