Detectives have re-appealed for information to an attempted armed robbery at a Bradford post office, which left the postmaster in terror.
He hid behind the counter as two masked raiders used axes to try to smash their way through the security screen at Chellow Grange Post Office, in Haworth Road, Bradford, but they fled empty-handed after the alarm was activated.
They left the scene in a white Nissan or Subaru with black alloy wheels.
Police are investigating possible links to a similar armed raid at a store close by.
The post office raid happened at 3pm on Thursday, April 3.
Anyone with information should contact Bradford Dostrict CID, via 101, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
