A WOMAN has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a double stabbing at a house in Bradford. 

Police cordoned off a section of Walker Avenue in Lidget Green after the incident, which took place at 2.45am yesterday. 

Two men, aged 39 and 41, were taken to hospital with stab wounds, with one described as having "serious" injuries. 

A police spokesman said today that both victims had now been discharged from hospital. 

The woman, aged 37, was arrested and remains in custody today. 

A 36 year-old man had initially been arrested following the incident, but he has since been released without charge. 

Speaking yesterday, detective inspector Alan Weekes of Bradford District CID, said: "This was a serious assault where one person has sustained significant injuries, but the consequences could have been much worse.

"Officers are continuing to carry out inquiries but I would appeal for anyone with information on this incident to get in touch with police."
