Clayton: construction of single storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 4m, maximum height of extension 3.4m, height to eaves of extension 2.6m, 60 Pentland Avenue. Cullingworth: non-material amendment (increase in the pitch of the extension roof) to permission 16/04794/NMA01 dated 08/08/2016: construction of second storey extension above garage, alterations to include demolition and rebuilding of rear garage wall, replacement of garage roof and new extension roof to include six rooflights with the addition of five sun-tunnels to existing roof, Bankfoot Cottage, Flappit Springs, Haworth Road.

Esholt: alterations to the internal structure of the property, 2 The Old Vicarage, Church Lane. Five Lane Ends: installation of non-illuminated fascia sign, Unit M6 5 Retail Park, Enterprise Way, Bradford Road.

Girlington: construction of detached store, 176 Washington Street. Great Horton: construction of front dormer window, 29 Cragg Street. Great Horton: construction of front porch, 1 St Wilfrid’s Close.
