Pair to stand trial over heroin charges
TWO men are set to stand trial at Bradford Crown Court accused of conspiracy to supply heroin.
Kevin Gowthorpe, 32, of Larwood Drive, Ravenscliffe, Bradford, and John Elam, 32, of Score Hill, Northowram, will enter not guilty pleas to the offence, defence barrister, James Bourne-Arton, said yesterday.
Both were re-bailed to attend court again on December 17 for a case management hearing.
Their five day trial was fixed to begin on May 9.
