POLICE are looking for witnesses to a knifepoint robbery in West Bowling that left the victim with a cut face and neck.
At 5.10am on Sunday, August 24 a 20-year-old man was walking along Crawford Street when he was approached by two men who threatened him with the knife.
They demanded his property, and he handed them a £10 note before they made off up Plimsoll Street.
The victim was left with cuts to his face and neck, but police say he was not seriously injured.
The suspects are described as Asian men. One was around 5ft 10ins tall, of slim build with short black hair. He was wearing a black hooded top and dark blue jeans.
A second man was slightly shorter with short black hair. He was wearing a white jacket and dark trousers.
Detective Constable Asif Khan, of Bradford District CID, said: "We know the victim was dropped off by a taxi in New Hey Road in the minutes leading up to the incident, so we are appealing for the driver or anyone else who might have seen two Asian men acting suspiciously in the area around Crawford Street and Plimsoll Street to come forward with any information which may assist the investigation."
Anyone with information is asked to contact DC Khan on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
