A 42-YEAR-OLD Bingley man has been jailed for five years for burglary.

Torrel Craig (pictured), of Crosley Wood Road, was sentenced following a burglary at Beech Grove, Eldwick, Bingley, on February 14 this year.

After the case, Detective Inspector Alan Flynn, of Bradford District CID, said: "Tackling burglary is a priority for Bradford District and we are acutely aware of the personal effect it can have on the victim.

"We are committed to removing prolific offenders from the community and putting the fear of crime straight back on to the criminals.
